We see that there is a renewed interest in the interesting investment opportunities offered by the classic older urban properties, and that some investors have once again opened their eyes to investment cases such as Thorsgade. This transaction is a good example of a business case with great development potential, and we are pleased to have facilitated a transaction like this.
Jacob Lund, CEO & Partner at Savills Denmark
Savills Denmark is behind the sale of the OMK residential property at Thorsgade 99-103 in the diverse and vibrant Nørrebro district of Copenhagen.
With its construction back in 1901 and six floors and a basement with a combination of residential and commercial use, the property is an attractive investment case where buyer can benefit from the property's untapped potential. The property has been sold on behalf of the company 9 Små Hjem A/S to Nectar Asset Management.
According to Jacob Lund, CEO of Savills Denmark, investment interest in classic older urban properties is at a higher level than in 2022 and 2023. This means that the activity in the market for trading this type of property is returning to a more normalized level.
Savills congratulates both parties on the deal.
